We had an extremely early Spring where everything started budding and flowering, it was very lovely. However, as soon as this happened the temperature dropped and caused all the beautiful accents to freeze! All the sprays of colors were frozen on the limb and died… very sad.
Within the next couple of weeks came Spring again. A phenomenon was happening right before my eyes, which I knew deep within, The FATHER wanted to use this scenario to speak.
Can life and death live together? This is what I saw on the limbs of the trees, the two living together on the same branch. New life had been cut short due to unforeseen circumstances and died shortly after their birth. The flowers that were once full of beauty and color suddenly lost all vitality and turned brown and withered, hanging on to the limbs for weeks. Death just did not want to let go!
The beautiful thing I witnessed was how strong life is. The trees knew that they have a purpose and no matter the consequences, they have to produce life…even if death is still hanging on!
This is how YeHoVaH’s people are. HE is made strong in our weaknesses, in our areas of struggle and death.
The death that Yeshua gave causes us to live!
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of GOD, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.” -Galatians 2:20
When YeHoVaH’s people rise up in faith and prayer, this causes the death that are in others to surrender to life. We can have faith for others!
This is the function of The Lydia Project…to give life to those who are surrounded by the presence of death. To push back the withered hopes and bring forth life and vitality to a lonely widow, a bruised orphan or a crushed spirit.
Thank you, to all who help make this life-giving project dispel death.
In HIS Shalom,
The Lydia Project Coordinator
